Ana Castro

Ana is a physiotherapist from Santiago, Chile. She's doing her PhD in Health Sciences in the University of York, UK. Her project is looking into the cost-effectiveness of an external inspection regime (Care Quality Commission) of Acute NHS Trusts on health outcomes. She's interested in methods for knowledge translation, evidence-informed policy-making, and improving standards of research and clinical practice, in particular in Latin-America.
