This link describes a site called privatehealthscreening.org [1] developed by a group of UK doctors which provides information for patients and members of the public in recognizing and interpreting how advertisements of screening tests can mislead them.

This web page has provided links to the mentioned website. The website privatehealthscreening.org itself is also a very useful piece of material for not only patients, but also for medical students. It teaches students the way in interpreting advertisements and this is especially useful when pharmaceutical companies approach them in the future when they work as doctors.
