Cochrane Early Career Professionals: join the team!

Posted on 7th July 2021 by

The Cochrane Early Career Professionals (ECP) group aims to provide its members opportunities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and expertise by providing a platform for international networking with other ECPs and members across the Cochrane community. They also focus on the development of leadership skills and promote opportunities for ECPs to shape Cochrane’s mission and vision.

They are currently accepting applications for five new ECPs to join the ECP Steering Group. Ideal candidates will have an interest in contributing to the output of the ECP group (social media, journal club, online meet-ups, etc.) or representing the ECP group in other Cochrane groups. Activities associated with this role include:

  • Monthly calls, with some email interaction in between
  • Providing strategic advice on the ECP plan and opportunities to represent the ECP perspectives across other Cochrane bodies
  • Advocating for the role of ECPs in Cochrane and identifying new opportunities for engagement

For the full Terms of Reference and Expression of Interest form, please download the following application package.

Please submit completed Expression of Interest forms to ecp@cochrane.org by Tuesday 20th July; 23:59 BST. All applicants will be informed of the status of their application by Friday 30th July.

If you have any questions, please email ecp@cochrane.org.
